PICKS FOR THE NEXT MARKET DAY
REASONS
BEHIND THE PICKS
- We
are still bullish on our picks. Today's
market response was an overreaction. Technology
(minus those identified below), Internets,
and Biotechnology stocks are a bargain,
considering their spectacular earnings reports.
Makers of Telephonic equipment, Mainframe
Systems and large printers seem to be having
problems meeting earnings, not the whole
technology sector. Give us your
point of view on this at our NEW and EXPANDED
message boards here.
- STOCKS
TO WATCH NEXT MARKET DAY: Comdiscs, Embraer
Aircraft, JDS Uniphase, Methode Electronics,
Phone.Com, SMTC Corp, Variagenics, and our
picks below.
- Biotechnology,
Technology (Software and Networking stocks),
and Telecommunications stocks are still
our premiere picks.
- Expect
the major Internet Portal sites to perform
very well.
